Refund policy

HINE-R Engineering products are precision CNC-machined components designed for high-performance bicycle braking systems. Due to the safety-critical nature of braking components, strict return conditions apply.

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled
  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Because braking components are safety-critical, any product that has been installed, ridden, modified, or damaged cannot be returned for resale.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can investigate and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Items must still be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
