Installation Guidance

Hydraulic brake components must be installed correctly to ensure safe operation and optimal performance. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified bicycle mechanic.

Before installing any brake components, ensure that:

  • The brake system is compatible with your bicycle and rotor size
  • All mounting bolts are tightened to the correct torque specification
  • The rotor and pads are clean and free from contamination
  • The hydraulic system has been properly bled

Detailed installation documentation will be made available as production components are released.

Troubleshooting

If you experience issues with braking performance, the following checks should be performed:

  • Ensure the brake pads are properly bedded in
  • Check the rotor for contamination or damage
  • Verify that the caliper is correctly aligned
  • Inspect the system for air in the hydraulic circuit
  • Confirm that the brake pads and rotors are compatible

Warranty

HINE-R Engineering products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal riding conditions. Damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse or crash damage is not covered.
