Lifetime Warranty

HINE-R Engineering products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards of precision machining and mechanical reliability.

We stand behind the quality of our components and provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for all HINE-R products.

Warranty Coverage

The HINE-R Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the usable lifetime of the product under normal riding conditions.

If a HINE-R component is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the defective component
• Provide a replacement product of equivalent specification

This warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and requires proof of purchase.

What Is Not Covered

The lifetime warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect installation
• Improper maintenance
• Modification or alteration of components
• Crash damage or impact damage
• Use outside intended riding conditions

Brake pads, seals, hydraulic fluid and other consumable components are considered service items and are not covered under the lifetime warranty.

Safety Notice

Bicycle braking systems are safety-critical components. All HINE-R products should be installed and serviced by a qualified bicycle mechanic.

Improper installation or modification may result in reduced braking performance or component failure.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with the following information:

• Proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Details of the bicycle and brake setup

Our team will review the information and advise on the next steps for inspection, repair or replacement.
